“Customer service: I am quite satisfied. I was kept up to date and Praeclarus worked very closely with me to make sure my wand was exactly what I wanted, and even better than I imagined.

Speed of delivery: This took a bit longer, however it was because Praeclarus was going to great length to make certain that my wand was perfect. Those who are considering asking for a wand of your own – do keep in mind that my particular wand was *very*, *very* detailed, and it took time to craft the amount of detail that went into the design. Quality of the wand: Above expectations, most definitely! It is light and easy to “wield”, while sturdy. The paint job was done very well, and the detail is extremely well done. I wouldn’t have guessed this was the first time a wand of this level of detail had been done. I presented a drawing for my own idea, and added that if Praeclarus could think of any way of improving it, feel free to let me know, and I’m not at all disappointed that I did. She improved upon my original design exponentially.

Overall Opinion: What else can I say? Praeclarus is very easy to work with, is a highly skilled woodworker, and gave me an absolutely beautiful wand. I very highly recommend her if you’re considering a wand for yourself.

Pricing: Was very reasonable. They do change depending upon how much detail goes into the wand, so mine was on the higher end of the spectrum, but it was still very reasonable. Definitely worth what I paid.”
