I offer one-of-a-kind handmade custom wands as well as custom wand design services, where I work with you to create the perfect design. Turnaround: once a design is confirmed, crafting takes approximately 3-6 weeks.

Policies and More Information
Design
- All custom wands must be original designs. I don't make replicas of character wands or repeat designs. After all, where's the fun in owning a copy of someone else's wand?
- Custom design service: I can work with you to create a unique design. (A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required up front, and will be credited to your order total. The deposit is not needed if you provide the initial design, but I am still happy to offer my creative input if you request it.)
- I will give you a price quote once your design is finalized and confirmed. Quotes are valid for 2 weeks.
- Significant design changes made after confirmation will incur a fee.
Pricing
- All-inclusive price starts at $150+ and comes with:
- Wand. Detailed designs and heavy/rare woods cost more than simple designs and lightweight/common woods.
- Wand box. You can choose the color scheme!
- Owl-themed gift wrap. With genuine wax seal!

- I will send you an invoice via Paypal for the total amount. You can pay via credit card (Paypal account not required) or Paypal.
- The first 50% is due upfront, and the remainder is due before shipping.

- USA domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail. (Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days)
- International shipping via USPS First Class International. (Estimated delivery time: approx. 1 to 3 weeks)
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that your country may impose customs duty or taxes (such as VAT) on items shipped to you from abroad. You are responsible for paying these taxes when picking up your wand at the post office.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed, and vary due to factors such as weather and customs processing.
- Shipping to certain countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, etc.) is restricted/prohibited due to US trade law.
If your wand breaks in the mail- Wand orders are insured. If your wand irreparably BREAKS in transit, I will remake it for you free of charge with the materials I have on hand.
- Please email me photo proof of the ENTIRE damaged package (shipping box, all contents, wandbox, wand) within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Due to availability of materials and natural variations present in wood, I cannot guarantee that the replacement will be made exactly as originally ordered.
- I cannot replace LOST wands, sorry.
Cancellation and Return Policy
- I don't take rush orders, but I'll do my best to work with your schedule.
- Before I begin work on your wand: you may cancel and get a refund (except for the non-refundable deposit, if applicable).
- After I have begun work on your wand: you may cancel, but the first 50% is non-refundable.
- I cannot accept refunds/returns on custom orders. If there is a problem with your order, please let me know and I'll do what I can to make things right.
